GDCCI is the coordination unit at the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum under the direct supervision of the Deputy Minister of Minerals and Hydrocarbons Management. This directorate determines, controls, and maintains the standards and processes related to large scale mining contract management and provides support for the implementation of large scale mining contracts of MoMP.
The overall goal of GDCCI is to manage all large scale mining contract activities systematically and efficiently to increase research, exploration, development, and exploitation of minerals.
